Right after the purchase is complete, you will be redirected on a confirmation page where you will be presented the download links and (if needed) the serial numbers for all purchased products.
The same informations will also be sent right away to the email address you specified during checkout.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox after a few minutes, please try to look inside your spam, promotions, updates or social folders or make a direct search for CMP – Purchase Receipt.
In particular, if you have a Gmail address and you use the Gmail app on your device or Gmail on the web, the Purchase Receipt will likely be inside the PROMOTIONS folder.
If you still can’t find it, please create a new ticket specifying the email address you used during the purchase and we’ll sort it out!
