The download link is expired, how can I download my products again?

When you buy a product the system generates a dynamic personal link to let you download the files related to your purchase.


For security reasons, the link expires after a few days, but you can easily get a new link in two ways:


1. Registering on the Website


We have recently activated the option for our users to create an account on the site.


This makes it very easy to retrieve your active licenses and download the latest versions of purchased products.


Just follow this link (https://creativemagicpanel.com/user-register/) and complete a simple registration form.


Please remember to use the same email you used for the original purchase or the account won't be correctly linked to your purchase.


Once you complete the registration you should receive an email containing a link to confirm your email address: click the link or copy it in your browser to activate your User Area (https://creativemagicpanel.com/purchase-history/)


2. Requesting a copy of the Purchase Receipt


This copy will include updated download links and (where needed) the Serial Number of the product you bought.


If you look at the end of the original Purchase Receipt, below the area with the products included in the purchase, you will find your Payment ID and your Purchase Key.


You just have to get to this page: https://creativemagicpanel.com/resend-receipt/ , input your Payment ID in the input field (or the Purchase Key, if you select it in the dropdown) and click on the button to send the copy to your registered email address (the one you used during the purchase).
