If you are presented with “This Serial Number is not valid for this product” this is usually due to a copy & paste error.
Sometimes when copying and pasting the Serial Number from the Confirmation Page or the Purchase Receipt into the Panel, some unwanted format characters can be copied along with the text and can interfere with the validation process.
Pasting the serial number into a plain text editor and then, from there, copying it again and pasting it into the panel usually solves the problem, and so does inserting the Serial Number (including dashes “-“) manually.
